Unlike just installation companies we take care of roof related prblems and leals every day of the year. Repair issues are handled in a conservative way. Problem areas on the roof can usually be diagnosed to a very small 3' by 3' area of breakdown. The cost of repair with proper diagnosis is relatively small in both material and time. We have a one time service fee of $165 and charge $75 an hour (1hr minimum) plus materials. Any repair estimated to take more than three hours comes with a full written estimate. We guarantee our repair work for five years. We always tell our customers to wait for the rain before putting their check in the mail.
